	February 27,2009 Ms. Lisa Cain, CEO Legal Concierge, Inc. Dear Lisa: I would like to share with you my personal observations regarding LCI and Darren Winward. When a trial team is focusing on the eleventh hour crunch, the only thing on their minds is the trial. LCI, and particularly Darren Winward who precisely understands what trial means, are the professionals who will take on the burden of all of the logistics and make smooth the transition for the trial team from their home law offices to the trial locale. I have seen Darren/LCl in action twice here in Montgomery Alabama; in the summer of 2008 and in early 2009. His work ethic and abilities are truly phenomenal!! Darren was responsible for hotel reservations, setting up war rooms at the hotel as well as at the firm that hosted out-of-state lawyers. He installed computer cables, connectors, printers, copiers, scanners, telephone systems, to mention a few. He also made numerous trips for supplies, lunches, dinners, events off site, transportation from hotel to airpodaround the city, to and from courthouses, and laundry services. Special meals and dietary requests were complied with and after meals were served, the remaining food was delivered to local shelters. Darren is extremely responsive and does not waste time on any detail. He is "an army of one" and strives to do his absolute best.
