Video depositions, audio clips, documents, exhibits, demonstratives and animations can be projected onto a screen in the courtroom for the jury to see. Documents, exhibits and graphics can be enlarged, annotated, highlighted and manipulated live in front of the jury. Video and audio clips can be made in the courtroom.
Video Conversion (Analog Tape to Digital Video)
Digitizing video to MPEG for courtroom playback is essential in today's legal world. With MPEG compression technology, video can be easily played and edited in the courtroom using a laptop, a projector, a set of speakers and a projection screen. Every deposition in the life of the case can be a click away from being played live in front of the jury. From sets of designations to impeachment clips, you will feel the impact from the jury in your post-trial questionnaire.
Video to Text Synchronization
Before compression technology simplified courtroom playback, the standard was VHS. Not anymore. Synced video clips played in the courtroom will also contain the text from the deponent's deposition. The jury will be able to read the transcript while the clips are played, thus enabling the jury to better understand every word you designated for your case. Clips can be played independently from one another or in a linear format. Technology allows us to remove objections or unwanted testimony from your presentation.
