LEGAL CONCIERGE, INC. The CEO is Lisa Cain, a Native America certified paralegal with a strong background in the administration of complex corporate litigations with Fortune 500 Corporations and top law firms. Lisa got her start managing the trial sites for the largest case in telecom history. Lisa's company, known as LCI, is hired by corporations and firms all over the country to help manage their large complex litigation cases.

Lisa Cain holds high honors with a B.A. from the University of Arkansas, a B.S. from Texas Women's University and is ABA certified through Southeastern Paralegal Institute. She is a member of many organizations including NAPW, Texas State Bar Association, Women's Owned Business Enterprises and Native American Owned Businesses. LCI is both WBE certified and HUB certified.

Lisa is a recognized Entrepreneur and has been fully featured in the Dallas Business Journal. Lisa has also published articles in the New York Daily Times, The New Jersey Press Association and is invited to speak regularly at corporations and law firm's informing General Counsel and Litigation Support Managers and professionals on how they can cut litigation costs by up to 40% by using LCI.

Lisa Cain is an active professional. She breeds, raises, and trains Registered Paint and Quarter Horses.

Lisa resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and children.


Todd Spriggs

Mr. Spriggs serves as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Spriggs joined LCI in 2005. He leads LCI efforts in client development and large account management. Additionally, Mr. Spriggs directs and manages LCI national logistics services which include contract negotiation, trial budget development and analysis, war room setups and all IT site needs. Since joining LCI, Mr. Spriggs has managed the technical and logistical duties for many multi-complex litigations.

In 2004 Mr. Spriggs co-founded Watergy, Inc, a technology company focused on treating produced water in the oil and gas industry. In 2002, he co-founded LightRidge Resources, a computer software and consulting firm focusing on the power and process industries sectors. Mr. Spriggs successfully raised equity capital for the company and developed markets for its proprietary software. Additionally, he has 18 years of experience in the energy sector and has developed markets for innovative software products that focus on the optimization of natural resources.

Prior to 2002, Mr. Spriggs served as Vice President of Business Development for Matrix Process Integration and Matrix 2000 which provided energy services work for large utilities and process plants through out the United States and Europe.

Mr. Spriggs has degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Dave Kirby is our new addition. His role with LCI is Director of Operations. In that role, Dave will work with our clients and potential clients to find ways to assist them with their needs in Litigation Support and Trial Coordination, with the core focus of giving our clients the service they need, in the most efficient manner. In development of client satisfaction and growth, he will look for cost saving solutions to bring unparalleled service to our clients, existing and new. Prior to joining LCI, Dave has amassed over 20 years of progressive experience in service to the clients under his care, always working in a service industry, and thus far over 9 years of his experience has been devoted to serving the litigation support industry. Joining LCI, Dave will continue his passion for this industry, and for the clients who count on him now, and who have trusted him over the years.

Prior to joining LCI, Dave had led Operations and Sales for 2 of the largest litigation support companies in existence, Merrill Corp, and Esquire Solutions. His background in staffing, telecommunications, and freight, aid him in understanding that industries that serve client needs on a just in time basis must be aware of what that actually means. Dave is a perfect fit with a successful track record of coming through for the customer, time and time again, exactly what LCI has accomplished and is known for with their clients.

Dave is a graduate of Marshall University in Huntington, WV, with a degree in Management, and a specialization in Economics. He resides in The Woodlands, TX, near our location in the Houston area, where he has lived for 6 years. He has worked in the legal industry in Texas for 8 of his 9 years in the litigation support industry.

Dave is a member of many local organizations in Texas, including Dallas Area Paralegal Association, Metroplex Corporate Paralegals Association, Capital Area Paralegal Association, Houston Metropolitan Paralegal Association, Houston Corporate Paralegal Association, Houston Association of Litigation Support Managers, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Hispanic Bar Association of Houston and Houston Young Lawyers Association. Dave has been invited to speak to the technology committees within major US firms to make recommendations on items to purchase in their upcoming budget. He has also been a speaker at Bar and Paralegal Functions in front of 50 to 150 attorneys or paralegals.


Brett Lane

Brett Lane has over 15 years of experience in Litigation Technology Support. A seasoned veteran, Mr. Lane has assisted in over 100 trials across the nation in the areas of graphic design and trial presentation and currently heads up our Trial Presentation and Graphics Department.  He and his team at LCI currently support large litigation all across the country.

Prior to trial consulting, Mr. Lane was an Avid Certified Instructor and a post production video editor.  This experience brought him into the legal field.  At a time before court room technology had evolved, Brett and his previous company, Operation Digital, were using Avid Media Composer’s in the courtroom to make real-time video deposition changes and provide video playback for impeachment purposes.  He has been a forerunner in the implementation of technology into litigation and has produced demonstratives in every media.

Mr. Lane has taught numerous college level courses including: Multi Camera Field Production, Video Engineering, Advanced Non-Linear Post, Advanced Audio Production and Electronic News Gathering.  Brett has also taught many workshops and boot camps in Sanction™ and Trial Director™ trial presentation software.

Brett holds degrees from the Art Institutes International, in Visual Communications and Video Production

Mr. Francis has over a decade of experience working at international law firms as a member of the in-house litigation support departments providing trial and litigation support services.

Mr. Francis was the former Litigation Support General Manager for Xact Data Discovery.  He was in charge of all litigation support operations in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Francis has over a decade of experience working at international law firms as a member of the in-house litigation support departments (providing trial and litigation support services) including Greenberg Traurig and O’Melveny & Myers.  Prior to Xact Data Discovery, Mr. Francis spent 7 years working as a Senior Litigation and Trial Support Project Manager at Hunton & Williams.

In preparation for trial, Jesse assisted counsel with the selection and preparation of multimedia options most appropriate for presenting evidence in an interesting, concise, efficient and cost effective way.  This included demonstrative exhibits, video deposition designations and electronic management of trial exhibits using Trial Director or Sanction software packages.  During trial, he provided technical skill for the operation of trial presentation equipment and he managed the presentation of multi-media evidence including document images, still and animated demonstrative exhibits, video depositions, production video and other media.
