Frances has exceptional office and computer skill and handles staff scheduling and accounting procedures for LCI’s offices. When you call LCI and you want answers, it is Frances who can give them to you. Frances has experience in advertising and marketing and also assists in coordinating mediations, arbitrations and expert placement. Frances also serves on LCI’s logistical committee.

Frances takes care of the client’s needs and LCI staff’s needs. Her duties are quite varied but she handles each task with ease.

A former court clerk, Debbie provides LCI’s client’s with top-quality, conscientious service. Debbie is a wife and mother of three boys and has a variety of special interests.

Staci will eagerly undertake any task that working at LCI entails. With top notch organizational and analytical skills, you can depend on Staci to keep projects running efficiently. She also has extensive experience coordination meetings, conferences, and one-on-one meetings. And her familiarity with the IT issues behind such meetings makes problem solving a forte. Whether it's a quick internet search or a more detailed research project you need help with, Staci is available to help you.

Originally from Oklahoma, Stephen has called the DFW area home for over 18 years. Stephen graduated from the Dallas Arts Institute with a business degree and has worked with companies such as United Parcel Service, JCPenney Company Corp., and Joe Cloud & Associates Realty. He has worked for five years in the legal support arena in the areas of client management, sales, marketing, customer service and trial setup and configuration. He has helped consult, coordinate and assist with clients regarding logistics of material, equipment rental & setup, lodging, onsite and offsite work location(s), onsite personnel assistance and presentation needs for jobs nationwide. This experience helps him provide top-notch service regarding large scale trials with large scale results.

Stephen also holds his Texas real estate license as a Texas Realtor and has been leading clients through the buying and selling process of residential properties, helping them understand every step along the way since 2003. His skills for negotiating price and contract details in his clients’ best interest, using a very high standard of ethics are a real asset to our company and our clients.

As a former Director of Technology, Brett is a forerunner in systems integration, scanning and imaging in document production. Brett is a “Sanction” specialist and has extensive knowledge in video production and display technologies.

Brett holds degrees from the Art Institutes International, Dallas Texas, in Visual Communications, Video Production and Multimedia and is an Avid Certified Instructor. Skills: Power Point, Sanction, Trial Director, Live Note, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

He is an experienced courtroom presenter in cases ranging from toxic tort, product liability, and complex contract litigation matters.

Kevin holds degrees from the Art Institute International, Dallas Texas, in Computer Graphics and Design. Skills: Power Point, Sanction, Trial Director, Illustrator, Photoshop, and is an expert in video production.

Steve is also an award winning musician. His music has been played by the Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Burn, Oklahoma City Blazers, National Geographic, TLC, VH1 and nationally syndicated FM radio shows. He is a voting member of the Recording Academy, an award winning member of ASCAP, has four albums available online on over 47 different MP3 sites including Itunes and his music is in regular rotation on XM radio and internet radio. Steve was up for 2 Grammy awards in 2008 and is up for 3 in 2009. Steve is an excellent customer service rep. You will enjoy working with Steve Page.

Michael specializes in complex litigation. His experiences include Pharmaceutical cases, Tobacco, Insurance Law, Construction Defect, Personal Injury and Patent Law.

He specializes in Paperless Trial Support including Video Editing, Demonstrative & PowerPoint Design, Trial Director / Sanction Operations and Exhibit Management. Wil has conducted over 200 paperless trials in his career and conducted first paperless trial ever held in Louisiana. His clients enjoy a 98% favorable outcome record.

Wil has years of experience in document management as he has been contracted to scan and code over one hundred and fifty document productions totaling over 20 millions pages. He is a Certified Summation Support and Training Technician, and has also developed dozens of custom design case management database applications.

From 1997 through 2004, Jon was a trial lawyer at Legal Strategies Group in Emeryville, California. In that time, he worked on dozens of cases, primarily involving intellectual property, antitrust, patent validity and infringement and complex business litigation. Many of those cases went to trial and one of Jon's key roles was identifying and developing the demonstrative exhibits and graphics, which would help present the case more effectively to the jury. Included in that role was interfacing with trial support professionals to ensure that the presentation at trial went as smoothly as possible.

In mid-2004, Jon left private practice and began working as a trial consultant in the San Francisco area. As a consultant, he has done trials for major national firms, including Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati; Buchalter, Nemer; McDermott, Will & Emery; and Sidley Austin Brown & Wood. Jon is a certified TrialDirector 4.5 trainer and is proficient at many other applications including PowerPoint, Summation, Westlaw and Lexis.

He is also proficient in Sanction II, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier and MS Office. Marcus has experience in the complete litigation process.

Marcus, a Texas native, received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dallas in Fine Art and received his Masters of Fine Arts degree from Columbia College Chicago in film and video. He is also an accomplished photographer. Marcus has been a contributing photographer for C San Antonio magazine, which included six fashion spreads and several cover issues. He is an excellent customer service rep. You will enjoy working with Marcus Lopez.

Clint has been presented with different situations and challenges over the years and is often requested in trials that require attention to detail, and is someone that can be counted on.

Jinny owned a real estate brokerage firm by age twenty-one, and by thirty she was a successful business broker. This experience led to a sterling career within Fortune 100® companies as a highly sought-after business process reengineer and marketing consultant renown for her innate talents in turning cost centers into profit centers. Ms. Tell's services included programs designed to promote efficient, people-sensitive change management, thus she developed and moderated interactive workshops and conferences relating to communications and interpersonal relationships. She utilized this broad-based experience to oversee nine Eli Lilly and Co. locations coast to coast, as well as event planning and organizing for a Dallas-based foundation.

Ms. Tell is a published author, and her second novel, Borne from the Cutoff, was a contender for the Faulkner Medal. As a Segment Producer, she produced the two highest-rated segments in show history, and she is a published ghostwriter. She has created a plethora of MarCom material, possesses the expert-level skills required for graphics design using Publisher and PowerPoint, and she became the primary works-in-progress reader for a nationally known novelist/essayist/columnist, as well as primary outsourcing editor and marketing consultant for the prestigious Malone Editorial Services.

Kimberly consistently maintains a positive attitude and enjoys helping people. Kimberly collaborates with others to produce and deliver desired results. Cindy has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts throughout the U.S. A former pilot, Cindy spent 13 years working exclusively on multi-party, product liability and commercial aviation cases.

She is a past member of the ATLA Paralegal Affiliate Program and Aviation Section, where she was invited to speak at ATLA conventions in 1994, 1995 and 1996. Her paper entitled “Paralegals as Exhibit Specialists” was chosen for publication by West Group, Am Jur Trials in 1999.

Sharla is a highly accomplished logistics consultant, resourceful, self-managed and high-energy sales professional with a track record of delivering exceptional sales results, creating innovative sales and marketing programs, and forging strong and ongoing client relationships.

Her duties have included office space and registration set up, rooming details, transportation, following and checking food/beverage specifications, receiving and shipping of materials, VIP assistance and much more. She is a seasoned traveler throughout the United States and on several occasions internationally.

After serving as personal secretary to several high-profile businessmen, Jeanette was asked to join a law firm and her love for the legal field began. The last 11+ years of her career were spent at Jones Day where she worked with the head of the litigation department. Her duties included traveling to trial sites where Jeanette did whatever was required to assist not only her boss, but the entire trial team as well.

In addition to her legal experience, she has also been a business owner and has worked in the hospitality industry. Dawn possesses effective people skills and displays a commitment to high standards that reflect on the image of the company. She is a hard worker with a positive attitude and an optimistic outlook.

She also supervised ten employees who served as a support staff to a department of thirty. She then spent five years serving as a systems analyst in the IT department, assisting programmers in the development of computer services that became the lifeblood of the bank. She was instrumental in the development of a multi-faceted computer system used for tracking every aspect of interim construction loans. The system, eventually adapted by a variety of home builders for use in their offices, helped the bank cultivate business from leading builders nationally, allowing the bank to double their portfolio within a year. Her job requirements entailed traveling from Texas to both Florida and California during bank acquisitions to implement major system conversions while also overseeing user software training.
Beyond her banking experience, Donna has operated her own small business for the past five years. She is highly motivated, energetic and conscientious, in addition to being organized, detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.

Dan has extensive experience in computer peripherals to include tape, disk, and printers; central processing units – IBM 360, 370, 303X, Convex C-1, C-2, and C-3 series, Fujitsu PrimePower; operating systems – MVS, BSD/SystemV Unix, DOS, OS2, Solaris, Linux, and all flavors of Windows at the deskside level; LAN setup and CAT-5 cabling. Application level support of real estate, neurological, database, Microsoft Office, and data storage replication / virtualization software packages. In his spare time Dan enjoys golf, fishing, home networking, and of course fixing anything that doesn’t work to his satisfaction.

Since then he has held positions in the transportation industry as Systems Administrator, IT Manager and IT Director responsible for every facet of small to enterprise level IT operations.

Ross has extensive hands on experience in computer hardware and software, LAN/WAN and Windows Server support and administration. He is experienced in managing leases and contracts for computer and telecom systems, and is knowledgeable about software and web page development and deployment processes. Ross has developed and implemented small and large scale company intranet systems, deployed VPN, wireless, and remote connectivity solutions as well as authoring company training and policy/procedure documentation.

In 1992, he began his career in litigation support by coding documents for complex litigation while in law school. His interest in the technology led to a career in the field. His work has included database creation, coding and scanning project management, trial graphics preparation, and trial presentation. Darren has worked extensively with all major litigation support applications.

Darren has designed financial, statistical, and economic spreadsheet models with supporting analytical memoranda for insurance allocations, settlement scenarios, penalty calculations, and pricing/valuation disputes. While in-house at law firms, he worked to gather and analyze business and technical case information, handle a portion of the non-legal, pre-trial work otherwise given to more expensive outside consultants.

Darren has also worked with Fortune 500 companies' corporate legal and human resources departments to design, develop and deploy online compliance and ethics training programs, and to evaluate program effectiveness in reducing corporate liabilities.

Darren's knowledge encompasses the following applications and platforms: Access, Paradox, MS IIS & ASP, HTML, ODBC, SQL, Visual Basic & VBscript, TCP/IP, Excel, Quattro Pro, Concordance, IPRO, Summation, LiveNote, Casemap, JFS Litigator's Notebook, Lotus Notes, Sanction and the TrialDirector Suite.

Darren holds Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in management from Utah State University. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

He is proficient in WAN and LAN setup. Trey is also experienced in installing and configuring workstations and servers, phone systems and some web design. He has a working knowledge of all Microsoft OS's including Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows XP Embedded, and Windows Sever 2000, Server 2003, etc.

Trey is experienced in DOS, some HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, HEAT, Remedy, Microsoft Exchange, Veritas Backup Exec, Checkpoint Firewall, Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, TCP/IP, DNS, Cat3 and Cat 5 cabling, Coax Cabling, T-1, DSL, Nortel CICS and MICS.

For the past eight years, Bobby has been running voice systems and data wiring, terminating cables and hanging phone systems, as well as programming, training and troubleshooting problems. Bryan is constantly upgrading his computer and graphics skill-set. Bryan is a talented guru at PowerPoint software. Bryan is also very talented with video and audio editing and can manhandle all types of graphics software. Bryan recently finished and graduated from CSB School of Broadcasting where he learned how to be cameraman shooting and editing video for film and television. Bryan also keeps LCI's website updated and works with LCI in setting up the equipment in war rooms and courtrooms all across Texas.
