Jon offers a unique perspective and advantage as a trial consultant who is also a seasoned attorney. From 1997 through 2004, Jon was a trial lawyer at Legal Strategies Group in Emeryville, California. In that time, he worked on dozens of cases, primarily involving intellectual property, antitrust, patent validity and infringement and complex business litigation. Many of those cases went to trial and one of Jon's key roles was identifying and developing the demonstrative exhibits and graphics, which would help present the case more effectively to the jury. Included in that role was interfacing with trial support professionals to ensure that the presentation at trial went as smoothly as possible.
In mid-2004, Jon left private practice and began working as a trial consultant in the San Francisco area. As a consultant, he has done trials for major national firms, including Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati; Buchalter, Nemer; McDermott, Will & Emery; and Sidley Austin Brown & Wood. She also supervised ten employees who served as a support staff to a department of thirty. She then spent five years serving as a systems analyst in the IT department, assisting programmers in the development of computer services that became the lifeblood of the bank. She was instrumental in the development of a multi-faceted computer system used for tracking every aspect of interim construction loans. The system, eventually adapted by a variety of home builders for use in their offices, helped the bank cultivate business from leading builders nationally, allowing the bank to double their portfolio within a year. Her job requirements entailed traveling from Texas to both Florida and California during bank acquisitions to implement major system conversions while also overseeing user software training.

Bryan is also very talented with video and audio editing and can manhandle all types of graphics software. Bryan recently finished and graduated from CSB School of Broadcasting where he learned how to be cameraman shooting and editing video for film and television.
