In 1992, he began his career in litigation support by coding documents for complex litigation while in law school. His interest in the technology led to a career in the field. Donna comes to LCI with a varied and extensive background in the banking industry, ranging from overseeing complex, multi-million dollar portfolios to serving in a supervisory capacity. She began in residential lending, spending ten years managing credit portfolios while developing ongoing customer relationships.

She also supervised ten employees who served as a support staff to a department of thirty. She then spent five years serving as a systems analyst in the IT department, assisting programmers in the development of computer services that became the lifeblood of the bank. She was instrumental in the development of a multi-faceted computer system used for tracking every aspect of interim construction loans. The system, eventually adapted by a variety of home builders for use in their offices, helped the bank cultivate business from leading builders nationally, allowing the bank to double their portfolio within a year. Her job requirements entailed traveling from Texas to both Florida and California during bank acquisitions to implement major system conversions while also overseeing user software training.
Beyond her banking experience, Donna has operated her own small business for the past five years. She is highly motivated, energetic and conscientious, in addition to being organized, detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.

Kim entered college at 16 and attended Portland State University and the University of Texas at Arlington, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Criminal Justice in 2002.
Kim then sought a travel opportunity in the finance industry where she was sent to various financial institutions around the United States completing Due Diligence and Compliance review. A traveler by nature, a couple of cities she had the opportunity to work in were Chicago and New York. Kim decided to move to New York permanently and attend the City University of New York School of Law obtaining a Jurisprudence Doctorate in 2003. During law school she focused on criminal defense and corporate law. Kim got accepted into the Defender’s Clinic Program and completed her internship with Queens Legal Aid.
Upon returning to Texas, she decided to combine her banking and finance background with law in the commercial and consumer sectors of finance, performing audits and legal documentation and review.
